Asherons Call: The Soapbox Is Now Open!

Periodically, well often, you send me your thoughts, opinions, grievances and downright gripes for my reading pleasure. Some are well-thought out, some not so much. As a whole, I find them thought-provoking, pleasurable and occassionally INFURIATING! And I was thinking, why should I be the only one to hear what you have to say? This is YOUR site afterall. I just make sure it keeps running for YOU. So, beginnging today I will formally accept Soapbox articles from anyone who wishes to send me one.

Now, before you send in your dissertation on the problems in the mid-East or your version of why Elvis isn't dead, I do have a few guidlines:

[li]It must be AC related. This includes but is not limited to Turbine; Microsoft in relation to Turbine, AC, the Zone, or Passport; 3rd party applications IN AC (prepares for the deluge); monthly patches; PvP vs PvM; you get the picture.
[LI]It cannot be profane. If I have to remove more than one profanity per article it will be sent back for revision.
[LI]Flames are not allowed. If you think Turbine sucks, tell me (and CoD users) why in a clear, consise manner.
[LI]Crossroads and the Warcry networks. Same rules apply.

Now for the fun part. I'm going to do my best to put up 5-7 per week. But, *I* get to pick them. By the time I sleep tonight I will have received between 10-20 reasons why macroing should not be allowed in AC2. I've got no problem presenting this argument. But, I'll choose the one who argues best and clearest. I won't play favorites, but it will be impossible for me to post each and everyone. So, when you send it to me, its for consideration only.
