The Guardian boasts a maximum damage capacity of 99,700k and an impressive recharge rate of 1250k. It also boasts a hefty price tag of over 10 million credits before tax. It requires rank 35 as well as a stunning 115 political rating to purchase. A size 6 shield, the Guardian can currently only be mounted in Freighter class vessels, but dramatically increases a freighters chance of survival versus lone fighters and multiple conflux. In order to produce Guardian shields, Amananth station requires composites, electronics, magnetics, and molybdenum.
