Dark Age Of Camelot: Freakazoid on the /level command

Just picked this up over at P2P:

There were obvious issues raised with the /level command since it hit Pendragon. What would happen to all the people who have to start at level 1? Would they still get groups? Will the /level command only be used to access battlegrounds over and over? Will enough people take advantge of the free 30's to balance out the population? What will happen to currenly overpopulated realms?
