Star Wars Galaxies: Player Cities and Mounts on Test Center!

Although there haven't been any patch notes made up yet, Vass dropped by the forums to tell us what has been included into todays patch.

As TH mentioned, we don't have update notes ready yet, but I'll mention a couple of items (below). Also stated by TH but worth reiterating... we have spent very little time on this patch internally so that we can test some major additions for as long as we can on TC. We'll fix the issues you find as fast as we can, just keep that in mind.

- Mounts
- Player Cities
