Asherons Call: The Olthoi Queen Squirts Acid On Solclaim Servers!!!

The following article was just posted by me on the ACDM and ACCMTY forums regarding Solclaim:

As many of you know, on Monday October 13th we began experiencing intermittant network issues with the Solclaim servers. These issues included players not able to log in or being disconnected immediately after login.

Solclaim was restarted twice on Monday in the hopes of resolving this issue, but unfortunately the problems persisted. On Tuesday night the world was taken down to do maintenance on the network that provides connectivity between the game servers. Some problems were resolved, but the larger issue remained.

At this time we are still researching the networking issue that is causing these problems.

I would like to stress that this is NOT a problem with the Zone, or with the game worlds. The upcoming Zone upgrade is not a factor here. Also, Solclaim is NOT a "test world" nor is it running on "test hardware".

We hope to have these networking issues resolved as quickly as possible, and we apologize for the inconvenience to Solclaim players.
