Asherons Call: Changes to Code of Conduct Enforcement

Thanks to The Lost Link of Harvesgain for finding this link to the Zone which details the changes to the enforcement of the Code of Conduct (CoC) that we've been seeing as of late.

To summarize, it basically states that when you use the "Report Abuse" option to report someone in game, a log will be generated around that person which the Zone staff will be taking a look at later to determine if a violation was actually made. Remember, however, that abusing the "Report Abuse" option, is also a violation of the Code of Conduct.
