Asherons Call: Impious Staff Quest Writeup Added

Gharu'ndim War Mages rejoice! Finally, after weeks and weeks (okay, months ... okay, okay, over a year, so?) we have assembled and documented the steps for procuring the Impious Staff.

[It wasn't easy! We had to run the gauntlet of the Four Towers (levers and gates and doors, oh my!), act humble in the presence of the great Harlune the Misanthrope ("Oh sure. I'll just cast 'Fix Your Useless Crap VI' on this for you, eh?"), and generally travel *all over*. (Geez, the only thing worse was that ridiculous Sword of Lost Light thingy, and boy was *that* annoying ...).
