Five years later, the company launched one of the first 3D massively multiplayer online role-playing (MMORPG) video games, the award-winning Asheron's Call®. Turbine hosts the ACPL every summer to give fans of the Asheron's Call® franchise a chance to interact with the games' developers. Traditionally at the ACPL, players quiz the team members, learn more about the future of the games' development, provide their own feedback on the titles and see demos of the latest Turbine Entertainment Software projects. 2004 marks the fifth anniversary of the ACPL.
