Final Fantasy: The PlayOnline Viewer's GM Call Feature

The PlayOnline Viewer's GM Call service has not started. We will notify you once this service begins.

You can still call a GM from within FINAL FANTASY XI, but please check the Q&A database first to see whether your question is already answered there. The Q&A database is available from both the PlayOnline Viewer and the official FINAL FANTASY XI web site. If you still cannot find an answer to your question, please feel free to request a GM's assistance during gameplay.

We ask that you do not use GM Call for any of the following:

- Ideas and suggestions
- License agreement issues
- Issues you encounter before logging into PlayOnline
- Previously reported issues (including scheduled maintenance)

Instead, please use the designated mail forms or contact the PlayOnline Information Center about such matters.
