Star Wars Galaxies: Update on Customer Service

Here is an update from Q-3P0 on Customer Service:

Update: The SOE San Diego offices are still closed due to the wildfire situation. We do not believe the west coast servers are in any danger. The main thing to be aware of is that our CS staff is reduced during this time (we are using the new European CS staff for the most part right now. Talk about getting a real life drill before their local servers open). Expect ticket queue times to take up to several days. We hope to get back to our under 12 hour ticket return by the end of the week.
