Jumpgate Evolution: US - New Octavian Faction Mission

A new faction mission is available for pilots heading to the Great Pillars station. The mission computer description:

Tactical data is needed for a military project being sponsored by Prefect Galenus. Elimination of irritating conflux vessels should adequately provide the needed combat telemetry.

Galenus also made this pulic announcement:

As is well documented, and accepted, Octavian pilots are the best the galaxy has to offer. Such brave and glorious warriors should therefore be granted the best that our technology can offer.

To that end, I have mandated that our ships undergo significant upgrades and improvements. Our ship research laboratories at Great Pillars station require the assistance of all Octavians to collect performance data on the capabilities of our current ships. With this data, our scientists and engineers will work around the clock to update our ships.

All Octavian pilots are commanded to assist in this mission.
