Star Wars Galaxies: Yet another Update on Customer Service

Update: The San Diego SOE offices are open again. Although the wild fire situation is still bad in Southern California, things are relatively under control near the offices.

We would like to thank our UK customer service staff for stepping up to the plate during these last few days and handling most of the CS requests. Our regular CS staff is back in action and the ticket queue times should start to drop significantly.
