Final Fantasy: FINAL FANTASY XI for Windows Installation Issues

We have become aware that some users may be experiencing difficulties installing FINAL FANTASY XI for Windows. If you experience such problems, please try the following:

- If your computer has another CD-ROM drive, try installing using that drive instead.

- Make sure the drivers of your CD-ROM drive are up to date. Updates should be available from the manufacturer's website.

- Make sure the firmware of your CD-ROM drive is up to date. Updates should be available from the manufacturer's website.

- If you have extra space on your hard disk drive, try copying the files from FINAL FANTASY XI Discs 1, 2, and 3 into a folder on your hard drive manually, then start installation by double-clicking the "setup.exe" file.

NOTE: Don't forget to install Disc 4 which contains the Rise of the Zilart and then purchase your Content ID!
