Well met. It's nice to see a director taking up with TRI-CSD once again.

Now down to business. I have set to the task of keeping all the beacons tuned in the Amananthii area every night I log flight time this week. In this regard, my primary concern has always been to further our ability in tracking swarm movements through regulated space. In the face of adversity, with out outmatched vessels, it seems tracking the conflux is about the only thing we can do.

Regardless, normally I am able to keep ahead of swarm movements in the area beacause ALERT messages keep me advised of their movements. Tonight however as I reentered Aman Hook from Canis 9502 I saw several OAS pilots engaged by what appeared to be a smaller swarm of higher classification conflux. I AB'd towards the group, firing and downing a C18 stingray. To my knowledge we all made it out.

My concern is that, I had tuned that beacon and no swarm alert message advised us of ANY swarm movements in regulated space... let alone that sector.

Director, we can not function in such a state of disarray. I advise a repair team be sent out to assess the status of the beacon and transponder network in the Amananth area.
