In order to help ensure a smooth launch for PlayOnline, Tetra Master, and FINAL FANTASY XI for Windows, we will be temporarily extending our customer service hours of operation. Customer service will be available Saturday, November 1st between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (PST).

On Monday, November 3rd, our customer service department will return to its regularly scheduled hours as shown below:
