[i]"As we expected, there were quite a few folks waiting until the last minute to register. Unfortunately we have filled our new location to capacity and are no longer able to accept any new registrations at this time. At some point in the next week we'll be sending out a confirmation email to everyone that is currently registered to attend. Please do not contact us asking for an confirmation letter, instead look for an announcement here after we've sent them out.

We will be maintaining a "will call" list for anyone who wishes to attend but failed to register in time. Please contact event_registrations@turbinegames.com and we'll add your name to this list. As we recieve any cancellations, we'll contact the people on this list in the order they were recieved.

If you have already registered but are still finalizing your lodging, there may still be room in the discounted room block at the Dedham Holiday Inn. The "Asheron's Call Player Luncheon" block has double occupancy rooms available the 12th and 13th for $84 per night. Check our accomodations section for more details.
