This is possible. Just be sure to make sure that each account is registered with the individuals owners registration information and then use the billing name, address and credit card information of the credit card owner during the billing registration process (Step #4 of the registration process).
One thing to remember when doing this, is if you are registering multiple accounts with the same credit card information, you will need to wait approximately 10 minutes between registration attempts. This delay is required by the credit card services company and helps prevent any problems.
