She turned her hands over, palms toward the ground, then closed them.
Nothing happened.
Dammit.
Clearly, that wasn't it. Dana bent closer to the spellbook, and read the incantation one more time. As she finished reading, the letters glowed for an instant, then went dark. Whoa.
"Rihod onae celestum, onae liadrim."
She opened her arms wide and gestured as she spoke the words again. A blue glow surrounded her hands, then died out.
What... Oh! I need to target it. How on earth...? Maybe just need to think of the target?
"Rihod onae celestum, onae liadrim."
[P]She thought hard about targeting herself and gestured.
[P]The light flared, tiny blue fireflies dancing into the air, then diving down to engulf Dana. She felt a tremendous sense of wellbeing and warmth as the light surrounded her. It pulsed softly for a minute, then the light died.
