Lineage 2: Pledges Section

Added a new section under Features called "Pledges" (find me a better name for this :) ). This is a new section and its incomplete. It does not have many features at the moment, but with your suggestions it will grow and grow and.. yea grow..
You need to login to see the extended options. Current features of "Pledges" section:
- Pledge List
- Pledge Notices
- Pledge Member list
- Pledge alliance, war
- PM (Private Messaging)
- This Pledges section will be linked to our "Character database" (its in early development stages) and "Lineage 2 Auctions" (It is complete, but will be released when NA Beta start).
