As many of us that live in the US know that Turkey Dayis tomorrow
Thanksgiving Day, USA, is this Thursday - our technical and billing support department will be closed then and Friday. In-game customer service will be fully staffed throughout the holiday weekend. Hey, when half a continent has the day off to level, you have to have customer service :)
