Now you can pick up Guild Wars 2 for a little bit cheaper.

If you've been waiting for a Guild Wars 2 price drop, the wait is over. The gorgeous fantasy MMO from ArenaNet has permanently dropped in price by $10 for both the Standard and Deluxe Editions. The game previously sold for $59.99 for the Standard Edition and $79.99 for the Deluxe Edition. ArenaNet hopes that the price drop will introduce new players to the game as they're working harder than ever to continuously create exciting content packs like the most recently announced Last Stand at Southsun.

Guild Wars 2 offers a unique payment model where you only pay for the game one time and then there are no subscription fees after. ArenaNet does offer in-game items at a cash shop, but considering there's no monthly sub fee, it's a perfect time to come back if you've already played the game, or try the game out if you've been waiting.
