HG, TD, DT and WE are about to come down for a quick restart.
We had a problem earlier today that resulted in people not being able to get in. The problem has been fixed, but we must do a world restart to complete it.
There should be little, if any, rollback.

Since a restart takes about an hour I would suppose 3PM PST if not already.
