Asherons Call: Time For Your Local Third Party Programs Update

As I catch up on my Dragonball Z episodes and read days of our decal it reminds
me of something. It reminds me that today is monday and today it's time.. it's
time... it's hammer time ho ho ho ho ho. Just kidding, today is time for your
weekly updates and I'm your host Empy Tanner so wake up Dereth!.

• Keba's updated his toolset
  so that it uses Imp Filter version 2 in addition it now includes a few tweaks.
• Slime the Frozen has updated his Robochef
  plugin, the only new things are a few bug fixes.
• This isn't a plugin update but Zyrca's added a new article on her web page
  explaining and giving a brief summary titled "As
  Decal Turns". It tells you about the what happened with decal and
  some of the devs, it gives you it from a developers point of view and she
  tells you what some of her plans are as well as why she came back (mainly
  because I threatened to show her a naked picture of Kwip) it's definitely
  a worthy read.
• Forget Mrs. Cleo and all of those other "Advisors" Gouda has brought
  us the first decal "XP
  Advisor" plugin. XP Advisor will check out how much xp you have,what
  your cheapest skills are and also tell you where your xp would best to go.
  Should you put it into Strength or Sword? Focus or War Magic? the XP Advisor
  will help you decide.
• Can't wait till ac2 for your monarchy chat command?now you can have a monarchy
  chat along with a map showing you where you are as well as tell you if people
  are looking for fellowships.What?you wanna know which plugins those are? hehe
  don't worry there's only one plugin you need for those features and it's called
  "Monarch"
  and it's by Kyter the Disciple.
