Jumpgate Evolution: Peace Talks Conclude

LOCATION (TRI-FP) - Peace talks between Quantar and Octavius concluded a short while ago with the following statement being made by Sagrith Hubri:

"After several hours of intense discussions, I am pleased to say that both sides have agreed to bring this conflict to a swift conclusion. While the overall agreement is complex, key elements include the immediate transmittal of Duelist targeting computer technical schematics to Quantar, for the purposes of building a custom producer within Quantar space. In addition, Quantar will transmit schematics for a small monument, which Octavius will build, and deliver to Quantar at a later date."

Both governments have indicated that they will be issuing formal statements soon.
