Star Wars Galaxies: Vendors shoplifting your merchandise? Fix on the way!

A bug was introduced with the last big patch that was causing items placed on vendors to vanish 14 days after being placed up for sale.

Blair announced the following fixes to vendors coming this weekend...

We've found and fixed two problems with vendors:
· Items will no longer disappear from the vendor after being for sale for 14 days.
· Restocking a vendor will place the item for resale for 30 days.

Where do we go from here:
We are going to try to run a process that will restore items that have been deleted. We couldn't complete this today, so it won't take effect in the morning. The current plan takes effect Saturday morning, but you will see posts from folks on this issue tomorrow once we have everything nailed down.

· 5 Dec 03 - 2 vendor fixes roll out preventing further item loss.
· 6 Dec 03 - Restoration of as many vendor deleted items as possible.
