State of the Game addresses Fury of the Feywild module, the Foundry and fan questions.
The Fury of the Feywild Module 1 update went live for Neverwinter late last week, and has brought a bunch of new additions to the free-to-play game. But fans still have questions that need to be addressed so Perfect World has released a new State of the Game letter for the MMORPG.
One of the biggest reveals is that the development team at Cryptic is planning to add a new class and Paragon paths by the end of the year. The as-yet-to-be-revealed class is already going through internal playtesting, while the Paragon Paths have also gotten a development pass. Once the team feels they are ready, both will be put on the preview test shard.
The team also stressed how important the Foundry is to the livelihood of the game. Cryptic wants to add new features with every update, and in planning Module 2, it already has started to create a list of items it wants to implement for the Foundry.
The developer post also talks about a few other things, including a dedicated team to combat hack and cheats, so head on over to the official site to get the full scoop.
