Show off your mad PvP skills and get an in-game title for your trouble.
Star Wars: The Old Republic will be introducing Warzone Arenas in its upcoming 2.4 update, and BioWare is looking for guilds that want to participate to show off the new PvP in action.
To enter and qualify, guilds need to have six level 55 players available -- four regular and two alternates -- with SWTOR accounts in good standing and opted in for email notifications. Then, the group must play and record a full three-round match on the public test server and submit the video as an audition. Once, complete, the video must be submitted with an application by September 8.
When making your video, here's what the devs will be looking for:
- Polished, high-quality visuals and audio
- Compelling gameplay moments
- Good guild coordination and use of strategy, tactics, class powers
- Well-articulated description of why your guild should be featured as part of the email application
- Guild availability to participate in the livestream events
The winners will participate in livestream battles on Thursdays between 5-6 p.m. PDT for North American servers, and, Thursdays or Fridays between 11 a.m.-noon PDT for European servers. Within 10 days after the event, participants will get an in-game mail conferring the "Wartime Correspondent" title.
There are some more in-depth details listed that guilds and participants should pay attention to, so make sure you read all the fine print on the official site before uttering your warcries, unsheathing your lightsabers and letting loose your force powers.
