TERA: Rising will receive new dungeons, modes, gear and epic bosses in Dungeon Assault update.
En Masse Entertainment, the publisher behind TERA: Rising, has revealed that it will be launching a new update on September 10th that will bring a slew of new content the game for players to enjoy. This content, dubbed the Dungeon Assault update, will include four new dungeons in addition to new game modes, epic bosses and a slew of elite gear that will help to vastly expand on the game's content.
TERA takes the fight beyond whack-a-mole monotony with enhanced aiming, dodging, and tactical timing to create intense and rewarding combat. Unlike other MMOs, you can use your controller or keyboard and mouse to control the action like never before. With all the depth you expect from a traditional MMO, plus the intense gratification of action combat, TERA changes all the rules.
The crux of the Dungeon Assault update will be new dungeons including Wonderholme, Channelworks, Kezzel's Gorge and Shattered Fleet. Wonderholme will give players the opportunity to partake in 10-player co-op missions Channelworks, in turn will be a three player sewer-based mission, while Kezzel's Gorge will offer a seven player tower defense mode. Shattered Fleet will be a five player "BAM beatdown".
These new dungeons will also offer fresh environments to play in, ranging from fantastical castles to a fleet of ruined ships. The dungeons and their connected modes will also come complete with fresh enemies that can be defeated to gain access to loot including the Conjunct, Visionmaker and Bloodrave armor sets. All in all, it should prove to be a robust update to the game that will give players some new opportunities to exercise its unique action based gameplay.
