Horizons: More on Account Creation Problems

Steve Escalante (also known as Eski-AE) stopped by the VNBoards today to offer up some more on the issues people continue to have with creating new accounts. Here's what he had to say:

We now have more intuitive error codes associated to the iBill billing solution to help cull out these errors. Please keep in mind not all errors will return intuitive codes even after this update because iBill and your banking facility retain this information in an effort to not compromise the integrity of your personal information. We realize there are still issues resulting during the account creation process. We believe we have solved the majority of these issues and will continue to surge ahead on the remaining items. If you receive an error during this process that you do not understand please contact iBill at horizons@ibill.com. Please include your email address used to create your account with this inquiry.

We are also working on a solution to remedy the errors that occurred last night. The steps to remedy these errors are already taking place and hope to have this available shortly.

I know we have said this before, but please do not mistake our lack of posts as not hearing or addressing these issues. We are 100% working on this and will tell you more information and results as they present themselves. Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.
