Stygia Encounters

- Oukesson the Ghillan should now correctly give credit as well as drop
the Crystallized Ghillan Eye.

- We fixed an issue with scorpions skipping a generation and going
straight to adult. They should now mature correctly and upon reaching
the large scorpion stage, gain a chance to evolve into Colossal. Killing
the large scorpions decreases the chances of Colossal spawning.

Item Notes

- The Storm of Khaos spell on the Shield of Khaos has temporarily been
changed to a single target spell. We have discovered an issue with the
area effect component of the spell which will be fixed with the next
live version. At that time the area effect component will be returned to
the spell.

- The Ethereal Phoebus Harp can now be equipped by Bards.

- The Moon Staff is now set as a two-handed weapon.

Oceanus:

- Goddess' Necklace: There was a bug with the "overgrown statue" which caused the encounter to get stuck. The statue will now always be clickable when it should be.
