Star Wars Galaxies: SylEm's Weekly Tip: How To Make 50K Scout, Medic, and Pistol XP FAST!

Okie dokie! To do this simple trick all you will need is the following:

1. A friend who is stronger than you (Preferably a brawler class with good armor, he/she is going to take A LOT of damage).

4. Plenty of room in your inventory for hides and meat (Or have a pack of some sort).

NOTE ON #2: If you're on the intrepid server, a great person to get some stims from for a good price is Baik. He's really nice, just tell him your friends with Gothica, and he'll hook you up!

How to do it:

Now take you and your friend, and go some place that is even to him but stronger than you, I recommend going and finding a Squill nest, DO NOT GO TO SQUILL CAVES! Also note that you should only hunt harvestable NPC's, so guys, no rebel or imp missions on this trick. Now once you get there, immediately mask scent (if you don't have mask scent, then stay back behind your friend far enough so the mobs won't agro you). Now have your friend selected as well as your pistol equipped. As soon as he attacks the creature, type /assist (or if you have a hotkey for it, press it). You will immediately begin attacking the creature (stay back a safe distance, but at a healing distance as well), thus getting your pistol xp started. Now even though you are attacking the creature, you will still have your friend selected, this is where the medic xp starts to happen. When your friend gets down to around half life (And that should be pretty fast if he has the whole nest aggroed on him), start healing him; don't worry, the creatures should not agro you, I rarely have had that problem. Now when the creature dies, harvest it. Voila! You have just harvested a creature that normally cons yellow or red to you and in doing so just received a nice scout xp bonus and hopefully a good amount of meat/bones/hide. Keep on doing this same trick over and over until your heart is contempt. This is an awesome trick that within an hour you can get about 50k XP in ALL of those skills (Scout, Medic, and Pistol).
