Asherons Call: Frostfell / Leafcull downtime update

Alex "Ibn" Beckers just posted an update for us all:

Status update: srand just told me that we are building a potential fix right now. After it completes, it would then need to be tested before the prop process could begin. So we're still looking at tomorrow morning at the earliest, but we do have progress.
