Asherons Call: ACPL Update

Event sign-in begins promptly at 9am outside the Patio and Midland rooms at the Dedham Holiday Inn. When you arrive, please have a photo-id ready to speed up registration and help avoid any confusion. Having a copy of your confirmation email handy can also help quickly resolve any issues that may occur during sign-in.

Be courteous to other attendees, event staff, and the staff of Turbine Entertainment. Anyone creating problems will be asked to leave and escorted off the premises if necessary. If you are removed from the event, no refund will be issued.

Finally, in the past we have allowed video recording of some portions of the event for recreational or promotional purposes and had hoped to be able to do so again this year. However, due to the sensitive nature of some of this year's material as well as the more commercial nature of some of the requests we received, we are going to be unable to do so. We apologize for this change in policy but it is unavoidable.

Still photos will still be allowed during most portions of the event however there will be times when these will not be allowed. If attendees are caught taking photos during these portions of the event, they will be removed and no refund issued.
