Horizons: New Updates for Horizons

* New updates and fixes have been made to the Guild Interface.
· New Ranks are now being saved correctly.
· Ranks are showing up as intended.
· Updated Ranks are showing up with the correct text.
· The limit of available Ranks was increased from 5.
· Players now are able to assign command groups to new ranks.
· Fixed the crash to desktop that some players were experiencing with the rank list
* The Arbotus now has the correct attack animation.
* New gathering sounds have been added to the Dragon Race.
* Fix for crash to desktop when double-clicking an item in the rank list.
