As you may have heard in the news, Quantar Core has experienced a break-in, in which sensitive information was compromised by an unknown party and a shuttle stolen. Therefore, Quantar borders and space is hereby CLOSED to all Foreign Honor Guard pilots until this investigation is resolved, in which case a new policy will be instituted.

ALL FOREIGN HONOR GUARD PILOTS FOUND IN HOLY QUANTAR SPACE WITHOUT EXPLICIT PERMISSION WILL BE SHOT ON SIGHT.
