It seems that the stacking tables are a bug and will be fixed with a server patch sometime before the January prop.

Update on Stackable House Tables

Because of the effects of the stackable house tables, we will be fixing this issue via a server patch before the January event. We'll let you know the details of this patch as soon as we can. In the meantime, the admins will continue to deal with players who exploit this bug on a case-by-case basis.
