Star Wars Galaxies: Hotfix List for: 12-23-03

Howdy folks. We are going to do one more hotfix tomorrow morning, before the holiday, that will address the Vehicles disappearing while you are riding them. I want to talk to you about two other issues that we are aware of and committed to fixing, and let you know why they are not going to be addressed over the holidays.

Composite Armor Color: We increased the palette that you could attach to your Composite Armor. Unfortunately, we also introduced the situation where if you had previously colored armor, you lost the coloring and it was assigned a brownish tint. We are going to fix this, but not before the holidays.

Vendor Bags: Certain players had a number of items that had disappeared off their vendors, returned to them in bags. These bags have proved to be somewhat problematic. We are going to fix this, but not before the holidays.

The last two years, the team has been asked to crunch over the Christmas holiday. We are still going to have operational support, but the development team is actually in a position to spend time with their families and rest up before the New Year. We do not want to introduce anything into the Live game that will potentially destabilize our service, so we are going to wait until after 1/5/04 to implement the Composite Armor and Vendor Bag fixes.
