Anarchy Online: Couple Changes

We had a couple minor changes last night at AO Warcry. Hopefully to make the site a little more user-friendly.

Things that are in effect:
[li]Added a Roleplaying / Event OOC Forum
[li]Added a "Towns of Rubi-ka" Discussion Forum
[li]Added direct links to all forums on Menu Bar
[li]Added a "Towns of Rubi-ka" Information link (will fill up as info comes)

Things that are coming soon:
[li]Will be adding an Org Listing, which will allow the Org to have their own Org Forum right on AO Warcry.
