Asherons Call: Soapbox - What it Takes to Make This Site Great

About 3 weeks ago, we picked up some new staff members here on WCoD, one of them Roewin of Leafcull. Once he started to learn what we do here on the site, he asked if he couldn't write a Soapbox. He did, and I promptly lost it in my staff folder instead of my Soapbox folder. To Roewin, I apologize.

Today's Soapbox is short, simple and to the point. I'll not say more.
