Asherons Call: Tim Holman on the Elemental Spawns

The new producer of AC, Tim Holman, stopped by our Dev Board to respond to a question regarding the new elemental spawns that we all "love" so much:

The Elemental invasion this month has taken Dereth by surprise, and this will lead into next month's event. We purposefully did not place any near the starting towns of Holtburg, Shoushi, and Yaraq, but the rest of Dereth is currently a dangerous place. We realized that some lower level players would face challenging travels this month, but this invasion will be leading to...something which of course I can't give away. As with every event in Dereth, this is not a permanent change - the land is ever-evolving and will continue to do so.

It's good to know there are at least three towns not affected. And, appreciate the time he's taken to respond. It can't be easy being the new guy with Ken Karl on vacation.
