Asherons Call: As the World (of WCoD) Turns

Real life has once again reared it's ugly head and we've made some changes to the staff to compensate.

Loka Wu, our amazing and beloved Quest Editor and Librarian, has been at it full steam for months now and will be scaling back. Loka has been an enormous asset to this staff and we're thrilled she'll be staying on in whatever capacity she can manage but are saddened by the loss of her as our Quest Editor and Librarian.

Roewin has agreed to step into her rather large shoes and take on the role of Quest Editor. You may have noticed a post or two over the past week. He's been doing a great job and with Loka's Guidance and the Quest Team's enthusiasm I'm sure he'll rise to the occassion. Roewin has also been working closely with Tapestry, our Atlas editor, to develop a Spells table that's useable. Imagine that!

Quendor, editor of all things great and small has also scaled back from Trophies, Armor and Weapons to managing our Trophies section. He's been doing some wonderful updates in Trophies lately, take a look. You just may be impressed.

Seraquiel, our current Creatures editor will take on the responsibility or our Weapons section as well. Seraquiel's been working closely with AC Monster developer, Circeus, to update our Creatures compendium to make it as current as possible. I'm sure we'll see the same quality work on Weapons.

Taking over for Loka in the Library and Quendor in Armor is Suede Mage. Suede's been with us a few weeks now and has been looking for a place to call his own. He's got some great ideas for updating the Library - current interviews, plug-ins, more player fiction, etc.

And finally, we are adding two new staff members to our ever burgeoning staff.

Selenia will be managing our new Never-Ending Story. I won't ruin the surprise for you. Expect to hear from her within the next week.

And Cunegonde will be taking over our Screenshot of the Day as well as bringing back Where in Dereth?.
