Subject: Subject of Notification

Dear MSN Gaming Zone® Member,

Recently a complaint was filed concerning the abuse of the Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct was violated by using profanity or sexual gestures towards another player in open or private chat.

Taking offense, the "third party" reported the offense. As is customary the Zone® will ban the offender for a period of thirty (30) days. However, as read in the Letter to Players, the Zone® now makes an effort to give fair representation to the accused party.

As all conversations were recorded, we need consent and information to process these complaints server side. This gives us sufficient proof as to the severity of the case and whether another member provoked it.

Information required includes:

Zone® Passport login:

Zone® Passport password:

CD-Key:

Any other accounts used:

Lack of cooperation will result in an instantaneous ban for thirty (30) days. By cooperating, the accused party only helps his or her own case. As this information can be checked, falsifying information is a violation of the Terms of Agreement (Section 12a) and will be an instantaneous ban of the account and others connected to the accused party.

Thank you for your cooperation and patience.

Sincerely,

Zone® Complaints

Code of Conduct
