Star Wars Galaxies: New info on June's SWG FanFest

Happy Monday - Hello again... to address some of the questions you guys had over the weekend:
- There will be vegetarian options, but vegan might be a bit more limited. There will be salads and veggies and such. We'll post the final menu as soon as it is set.
- Re: replica weapons - Again, we've received verbal ok regarding displaying replica weapons within the event/hotel. I'm waiting for a written ok from the head of security before I post here or add to the FAQ.
- Re: a PA specific event - We are working on a plan to recognize the PAs who attend with the most folks. You'll be asked to specify your PA (if any) on the registration page. More details to come.
- Gaming area and wireless access - We based the number of PCs there on similar events we've attended. Sometimes the area will be packed, but there should be enough time and space for everyone who wants to login to get a chance to throughout the day. There is no wireless access that I'm aware of, but the hotel has just opened a new Starbucks in the lobby and they may have access for a daily fee.
- In game items for attendees - we are currently looking into this possibility, but since the same amount of design/engineering work goes into creating an in-game item for one person (or say, just attendees for this event) as it does for creating something most anyone can obtain, we're weighing the options. It would be cool yes, but might not be doable at this time.
- Out of game items - There will definitely be a free T-shirt unique to the event for every attendee!
