Star Wars Galaxies: IRC Rebuild!

mIRC is for windows users only, although you can get programs such as X-Chat for Linux users -ed note: Or your flavor of linux irc client-. Visit the mIRC homepage and use the relevant mirror to retrieve this chat program, its free and user-friendly.
Once you have done that, some people agreed to finding it rather difficult to connect it to the server required to speak to us, so with Warcry being as good as we are, we have created a link which you can just click, the link will run the mIRC program, connect you to the correct server IRCD and join the channel, Automatically!. In case you want to know the commands for future reference in case you don't wish to carry on loading this news post all the time, I have placed them below:

/server irc.sorcery.net

Once connected you will see a MOTD <Message Of The Day>. On there are the rules of the server not the channel, please make sure you read these carefully before continuing, once you've done that proceed to the command below:

/join #SWG-Warcry
