Lineage 2: OB Contests Not Available for International Players

Even I found out myself that the contest cannot be open to other nations.
I want to express my regret in this regard to our international players. I asked our marketing rep and they are telling me that international contest laws are extremely limiting and it would have been impossible to run this type of event if we tried to abide by every country's contests laws, that we have players in. (Which spans not only Canada and Europe, but many parts of Asia).
Once again, my sincerest apologies to our international players.
