Lineage 2: Nickname Collisions

As usual, off the official forums posted by Dhevrin:

The server architecture is so that the character name database is tied to 2 servers. So those wondering why they can make a character name on Bartz and not Sieghardt, that's because Bartz and Sieghardt share the same character database.

That's why your name may have already been picked :)
