Asherons Call: Loremaster Question of the Week

A quest for the ultimate weapon. A terrible mistake. Invasion. And a desperate gambit to prevent total genocide. As a result, the majority of the living Empyrean population (save for Asheron and Harlune) now slumber deep within portalspace, with only Asheron apparently seeking a means to free them. Is he right to do so, what with all his people have done (especially to him) and what they might do (likewise) should they be released? And shouldn't we help him, if nothing else as payback for all the help he's given to us in the past?
