Horizons: Today's Patch Release Notes

Today's patch throws in a few fixes, some changes, and a new place to fish!!!

Changes:
-The Guardian School now starts at adventure level 20 in order to get it inline with other prestige schools. Level 20 kill quest and tasks are also now available to them.
-Prerequisites to join have been increased to reflect this change: One or Two Hand Crush is now 200, Nature is 200 and current adventure level must be 20.
