Posted on the official forums header, it states that a player by the name of L33tPk0wNzJ00 has won all of the 5 contests.. comepletely amazing:

Amazingly, L33tPk0wNzJ00 reached Level 40 in a record time of 4 days, 17 hours, 33 minutes! After checking the server logs, NCsoft representatives refused to comment on this unexpected occurrence.
