Sad news from Nathan Harris, who sends word that a longstanding monarchy on Thistledown is coming to an end today:

Today marks the fall of the House of Fire, a Thistledown Monarchy spanning the last five years. The clan may not have been known by everyone but it was loved by it's long-time members. For half of a decade a tight-knit group of friends ran the Monarchy together. The Monarch by default (he was the highest level when the group first formed) helped everyone when needed and gave all he could. Through many hardships he led the clan back to power. Some circumstances, though, are not to be worked through. With a heavy heart the leader of the House of Fire, Fire Warrior II, decided to leave the world of Dereth today. Fire Warrior II, you will be missed. Good luck in everything you do.
